Chef Pablo Bouquet grew up in Mar del Plata, Argentina, where food was never just sustenance — it was the language of love, memory, and identity. Buenos Aires and São Paulo shaped his palate. Florida's Treasure Coast became his home.
After years at Port Barna in Jensen Beach — where he introduced the region to a world of Mediterranean flavors — Pablo launched TapasTerra, now a beloved Palm City institution with over 250 Google reviews and a 4.8-star rating. Port Tradition is his fifth restaurant, and his most personal yet.
